"Don’t take my word for this, but I  recall the date of stated meeting is  incorporated in the Request for Dispensation in addition to all other requirements of a proposed lodge as determined and agreed upon by the charter members. Consequently the granting of dispensation includes this date.
 
It follows therefore that once set, neither the master nor the members can change it unless proper procedure of getting the approval of the granting authority is solicited. Special meeting is, however, another topic.
